About
Amy hails from Essex in the UK and moved to Australia at the beginning of 2025. She joined Montara Wealth after a successful seven-year career with one of the UK’s highly regarded financial planning firms, Cavendish Ware, where she progressed from Client Support to Head of Client Services.
Now Montara Wealth’s Business Optimisation Manager, Amy focuses on improving the way the business operates across systems, processes and the client experience. Drawing on her expertise in AI, automation and data analysis, she plays a key role in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies and support the continued growth of the business.
Outside of work, this self-proclaimed Swiftie enjoys a glass of wine with friends, exploring Australia’s coastline and dinners out with her partner. She has also become the office’s spiritual leader thanks to her knowledge, passion and strategic placement of crystals throughout the workplace!
